Assets, references & consistency
Higgsfield's blog explains character drift as a memory problem: each “Image generation & editing” starts from random noise, so identity has to be anchored rather than re-described. Adil's standard method since March 2026 is a character sheet made in Nano Banana Pro and tagged in each prompt; for one real person, Soul ID learns a face from at least 20 photos in minutes. On Hell Grind in April 2026 he baked prop sheets into the character sheets and made each character in every state, such as injured. He calls the location the most important “Image generation & editing”, since the “Video generation & shot direction” takes its lighting and textures from it, and says never to generate a location head-on. By June 2026 he tested “Assets, references & consistency” together before locking them, swapped one at a time, and warned that every edit softens an asset toward the plastic AI look.

- 2026-04-08 · We Made a K-Pop Action Series Using Seedance 2.0 — recommendation: Tanya: Step 3: the face asset and the outfit asset go into Nano Banana Pro and come out as one production-ready reference image, which the directors call the screen test and which Seedance 2.0 checks against whenever the character appears. — 00:02:36
- 2026-04-08 · We Made a K-Pop Action Series Using Seedance 2.0 — Tanya: To keep the five Zephyr characters consistent, the directors used a three-step workflow: Soul Cinema for the face, Soul Cinema for the outfit, and Nano Banana Pro to fuse them. — 00:03:16
- 2026-04-08 · We Made a K-Pop Action Series Using Seedance 2.0 — recommendation: Tanya: For the Zephyr monsters the directors generated several creature variations and blended the best in Nano Banana Pro; Tanya advises combining a generation that does not quite land with another one to get something that could not be prompted directly. — 00:04:25

- 2026-04-24 · I Created a $1,000,000 Brand Using AI — recommendation: Adil's flow for every clothing item: generate options in Soul Cinema, pick the best, then use Nano Banana Pro to put in the brand logo. — 00:05:31 · also in: Build a Brand's Visuals with AI: Creating the Products
- 2026-04-30 · World's First Ever 80 Minute AI Film · Road to Cannes Ep. 1 — recommendation: Adil says a detailed style prefix (style, lighting, colour, camera) is hard-baked into every prompt of the Hell Grind shot list so that shot 1 and shot 80 stay consistent. — 00:07:13
- 2026-04-30 · World's First Ever 80 Minute AI Film · Road to Cannes Ep. 1 — recommendation: Adil bakes the prop sheets into the character sheets so he need not upload several images at once, and says Seedance 2.0 does a pretty good job of rendering such small objects across all shots. — 00:07:50
- 2026-04-30 · World's First Ever 80 Minute AI Film · Road to Cannes Ep. 1 — recommendation: Adil says generating each character in different forms matters, especially in a team: if Roko is injured in shot 13, using his base form in shot 78 makes viewers sense something is off. — 00:07:50
- 2026-05-09 · How to Make AI Films That Don't Look AI (Full Tutorial) — recommendation: Adil: The location image must be right, because most of the lighting and style of the later videos comes from that reference; a weak one makes the video sloppy. — 00:09:35
- 2026-05-09 · How to Make AI Films That Don't Look AI (Full Tutorial) — recommendation: Adil combines the front wide view and the reverse view from the hallway into one 16:9 reference image, top and bottom, instead of uploading two images every time. — 00:31:32
- 2026-05-09 · How to Make AI Films That Don't Look AI (Full Tutorial) — recommendation: Adil: Nano Banana Pro invented new characters despite the attached character sheets, likely because Claude's prompt described their appearance; the fix is to have Claude describe only the clothing. - 2026-05-16 · How to Make Ultra Realistic AI Videos (28 Best Tips) — recommendation: Adil starts dialogue scenes with a wide or medium establishing shot, so the model keeps every character in the right position in later cuts. — 00:19:17
- 2026-05-16 · How to Make Ultra Realistic AI Videos (28 Best Tips) — recommendation: Adil: Every location needs an anchor, such as a tree or a stack of books, so characters and the camera can be placed relative to it ("place Roko to the left from the tree"). — 00:20:36
- 2026-05-18 · I Created 10+ Beauty Ads in 1 Hour — No Agency Needed — recommendation: Adil makes a brand kit with the colours, fonts and logo variations in one place, which he says keeps everything consistent across every ad, banner and image. — 00:04:22
- 2026-05-18 · I Created 10+ Beauty Ads in 1 Hour — No Agency Needed — recommendation: Adil's campaign poster prompt: a blonde-haired woman as the campaign hero, the products from the attached image used exactly as shown, their shape, design and proportions preserved, "Do not redesign them." — 00:06:09
- 2026-06-09 · Why Does Your AI Character's Face Keep Changing? — Higgsfield's blog says AI characters drift because diffusion models have no memory of a character: each image starts from random noise, so face, skin tone and proportions shift across a series.

- 2026-06-15 · I Made a Cinematic Ad Using Claude Fable 5 + Higgsfield AI (Full Workflow) — recommendation: Adil calls the location the most important image: a sloppy or plasticky one ruins the videos whatever the prompt, since the video takes textures and lighting from it; Soul Cinema gives movie-still looks by default. — 00:05:16 · also in: Make a Cinematic Ad End-to-End: Stage 1: Building the Assets
- 2026-06-15 · I Made a Cinematic Ad Using Claude Fable 5 + Higgsfield AI (Full Workflow) — recommendation: Adil: Before locking key assets Adil tests them together, here the character on the chosen location, and calls this stage critical. — 00:06:25
