How big should an AI production team be and how should it be organised?
On Higgsfield: On the stadium film every AI creator worked from the same shared reference assets on Higgsfield: one face, one outfit and one set of moodboard images.
Without Higgsfield: Sinecera says a full-AI project has a core team of five or six, and Adil says AI production usually works in teams of three to four at most. On the small Passport Rush team people wore several hats and the character, environment and animation artists wrote the prompts for their own parts, while at Levector compositors helped develop characters and editors explored environments, so more work ran in parallel. Egor Kuzmin says the better the pre-production, the better the final project: when the script is written first and the AI creators come in only afterwards, the schedule slips and a week turns into a month.
Axis: one creator alone … a small team of three to four … a full crew with roles
