Higgsfield's help centre (3 August 2026) says credits never vanish without a logged reason: Credits Usage History (Manage Account → Usage) shows each deduction, and the usual causes are a subscription reset at renewal, generations through MCP, CLI, Canvas or Supercomputer (which always cost credits, even on Unlimited models), batch sizes above one, and a failed generation not refunded.
