Topic: Higgsfield platform & ecosystem · mode: Reference
This help-centre article from 2 August 2026 explains how to use your data rights on Higgsfield, region by region: deleting your account yourself, requesting an export, and sending CCPA or other privacy requests. Data export is only for GDPR and UK regions, by email to privacy@higgsfield.ai, with answers within 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA. Deleting content stops future training on it, but content already used in trained models cannot be removed from them; on Enterprise agreements customer content is never used for training.
