How do you fix a generated clip with a low frame rate?

On Higgsfield: Run a choppy clip through FPS Boost, which adds in-between frames to raise the frame rate, or through Higgsfield Upscale, whose frame interpolation lifts it to up to 60 fps while upscaling to 1080p, 2K or 4K. Add Video Deflicker when the clip also flickers.

Without Higgsfield: Frame interpolation in Topaz adds in-between frames up to 60 fps for smoother motion, though it does not create slow motion. Earlier, when a great take's only problem was stutter, such as Seedance 2.0 clips at 18 fps or lower, Adil went through it frame by frame in the editor and cut out every doubled frame.
