Soul HEX is a colour control that takes the palette from a reference image, or a built-in palette, and applies it to a generation. It arrived inside Soul 2.0 in February 2026 and has since spread to Soul Cinema, Recraft and Seedance 2.5. Upload a branded asset as the reference to keep brand colours across a whole campaign without specifying each value.

In general terms: A colour control: a reference image (one is enough, up to 20) or a built-in palette goes in, and its dominant colours are extracted and applied to the generated image; it works in Soul 2.0, Soul Cinema, Recraft and Seedance 2.5. Without it, the wanted colours are described in the prompt or coded as values.
